Each scrapped card: v$0.06 per card (you can only scrap Common, Uncommon, Starter, and starter Promotional cards, that you have more than 4 copies of / 1 in case of Rings and Sites)
These rewards are distributed automatically at midnight CE(S)T on first day of each month, and are based on your activity in the previous month.

For playing a number of single games:
30 or more: v$50 + R foil coupon + 4 random promo cards from the list below
20-29: v$30 + R coupon + 3 random promo cards from the list below
10-19: v$20 + random R foil coupon + 2 random promo cards from the list below
1-9: v$10 + random R coupon + 1 random promo card from the list below
For being in the top 20 of eight ELO ratings (non-free single games, free single games, non-free constructed tournaments, free constructed tournaments, sealed tournaments, non-free constructed leagues, free constructed leagues, and sealed leagues), separately for each:
places 1st to 5th: v$50 + R foil coupon
places 6th to 10th: v$30 + R coupon
places 11th to 15th: v$20 + random R foil coupon
places 16th to 20th: v$10 + random R coupon
ELO rankings are recalculated just after distributing rewards, taking into account games, tournaments, and leagues finished not earlier than 6 months before the first day of the month for which the rewards are distributed. So the ranking just before the rewards are distributed is the one used for distributing rewards, but after that it will change, and may no longer reflect distributed rewards.
Everyone taking part in any tournament/league will get v$ as a reward, after that tournament/league will be finished. Top players will also get promo cards (see sections below).
Reward for playing: number of games played × v$4
Reward from prize pool according to place weight divided by sum of all place weights (rounding half up to full v$): variable
Place weight is equal to 1 divided by place number
Prize pool for constructed tournaments/leagues: number of games played by all players × v$4 + number of players × entry fee
Prize pool for sealed tournaments/leagues: number of games played by all players × v$4
